The program was designed to provide the Victim of Anger and Abuse with the tools to enable them to survive. The program is 8 weeks which includes a Service Plan, Skill Development, Job Search, Living Arrangements, and children's program. We will provide protection by accompanying them to court, help them find shelter if needed, provide assistance with making reports to the authorities for their protection and survival.

In addition, we will provide the needs for clothing, financial aid, medical services, childcare, shelter, job skill training, etc. to enable the victims and or the abusers to improve their quality of life.

• Assist in Obtaining Skill Development for Successful Job Searches
• Help with Childcare Resources
• Accompanying the victims to Court to Obtain Resolution to Stop the Abuse

Each situation of domestic violence is different and there are no true indicators that will point to the fact that the violence will occur again, or how severe. However, there are indicators that increase the likelihood that you may be in danger.

Note: Even if there are few indicators present, this does not mean that you are safe. You are your own best judge as to whether or not you feel safe.

Warning Signs for the Victims of Abuse
A batterer often uses fear and intimidation as a means to control. These tactics serve to isolate the victim and often are followed by incidents of physical abuse. Answering some important questions will help you determine whether or not you're in a emotionally abusive relationship. A "yes" answer to even half of the questions indicates that you are headed down a path that could, ultimately, be emotionally and physically dangerous.

How safe do you feel?____________

Regardless of how dangerous the situation appears, a safety plan is an important piece of information that can help you think about how to keep yourself safe.
